To start a return process, simply follow these steps:

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, in perfect condition, protected and with the labelling intact, otherwise KARACTERMANIA reserves the right to reject the return. Once you have informed us of the return by phone or email, you will receive instructions on how to send it to our facilities in your email.

You must return the goods without delay, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notify us of your wish to exercise the right. The transport costs arising from the return will be your responsibility. You are free to choose and look for the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates. Once the goods have been received and it has been verified that they are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed.

We will refund the payment received from you, including the cost of delivery, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer.

We will refund you within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you exercise your right of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
